“Time Outside of Sessions”

Major factors outside of training sessions include workouts completed by clients, daily diet, eating/sleeping routine, and cardiovascular workouts. It can even include a client’s social and personal life and also relationships which are very important variables when related to what we call “time outside of sessions”.

An experienced personal trainer has the ability to influence all of these areas and ensure that clients complete all or some of the assigned workouts, cardio regiments, follow diet plans or eating habits. The more influence a trainer has on a client’s day to day habits, scheduling, planning and thought process, the faster the overall process and quicker the results.
